Stand-Alone Drivers

Stand-alone drives for installation inside electrical panels are available with traditional control in the COM series and fully digital control in the FD series. The FD drives, equipped with new firmware V7, can automatically acquire motor characteristics without tuning and regulate current to maximize torque. For enhanced high-speed performance, automatic full-step switching can be enabled to increase torque while maintaining sinusoidal micro-step current at low speeds, reducing vibrations and potential resonances with programmable resolution.
